Causes of Back Pain or 5 Ways to Get Rid of Pain

Exercises for back pain

Which building looks best? Certainly the one who is cared for, serviced, repaired. A home or office looks solid and attractive when the building facades are cleaned regularly. At the same time, the cost of washing the facades is paid for by the favorable appearance of the building, which literally pleases the eye.

The same applies to human health, which is based on a healthy spine.

Stinging, painful, tiring, pulling. . . All those dissonant epithets about back pain. And if it only hurts, for example, a cut in the finger hurts. But no, back pain makes it difficult to move around, to think, to lead a full life. Movement doesn't help anymore: Neither the mundane exercise at the desk, nor the walk through the narrow corridor of the office.

Back pain, if of course not caused by a serious pathology: trauma, fractures, chronic diseases of the internal organs - are the result of three diseases. Because the physical activity of a person living in a modern city is restricted (if any), people over the age of 25 begin to experience back pain.

Constant lack of exercise, a lack of walking in the city, getting around exclusively with your own car, unhealthy diet, rest on the couch lead to young, potentially healthy people suffering from osteochondrosis, having bought potent painkillers themselves in a pharmacy, they continue to destroy their organism.

The causes of back pain are obvious - obesity and lack of exercise. Often we allow the disease to develop through our inactivity and only turn to the doctor when mountains of anabolic steroids have already been drunk, when we are all smeared with healing gel from head to toe.

How can you get rid of the pain that is preventing you from living and working fruitfully?

  1. Regular exercise can eliminate pain in the back muscles, which increases the load on the spine. Just start to lead an athletic lifestyle that should be gradual and should not be caught in the maelstrom of exercise. So you will only harm the fragile body and the muscles from the habit will hurt even more.
  2. If you're experiencing back pain between your shoulder blades, it's time to seek help from a massage therapist. It is advisable to find a manual specialist who, in addition to distributing the blood in the body, is also a good diagnostician. Manual therapy is carried out depending on the location of the muscle mass, the presence of fat deposits, the location of the vertebrae or other changes that the specialist can perceive. In addition, the doctor should recommend what exercises to do so that everything is fine with your back. It is advisable to conduct manual therapy courses at least twice a year: in the spring and autumn, to anticipate the time of exacerbations.
  3. An ointment for back pain can provide temporary relief. However, this is not a panacea, just a way to relieve the pain. Therefore, in exceptional cases, it is better to use the ointment, as well as pain relievers. In fact, in this case, it does not remove the cause of the disease, only the consequence.
  4. Check with your doctor, among other things. There are a number of exercises for back pain. Carry out the prescribed complex completely, without jerks and pauses. This is the only way to systematically and steadily drive away muscle weakness.
  5. If you are an office worker or the specifics of your work are sitting 8-10 hours a day, then you run the risk of developing osteochondrosis in your first year of work. Take the time to sit up, sit back in your chair, stretch if possible. Go down the corridor, bend forward several times, straighten your back, you can do 5-7 body rotations. You will immediately feel better and be able to work again with renewed vigor!

Do not wait for the pain to overtake you, it will be very difficult to deal with. When you feel uncomfortable, know that this is your body's first signal, this is a call to action. Listen to the inner call of your body and - act!
